Client Registration
All clients of Prefect Inc® are asked to provide their company information, in order to maintain an account that can be regular accessed and updated. This information is confidential. Prefect Inc® does not make any client or viewer data available to third parties. We do not sell lists or generate any third-party revenue from the data that is gathered for any Prefect program. We do not share data from any client with any other parties without the client's prior consent.

Viewer (Tester) Registration
All viewers under Prefect Inc® are asked to provide their personal information, in order to create an online profile and fit them into our clients’ target audiences. This information is confidential. Prefect Inc® does not make any viewer data available to third parties. We do not sell lists or generate any third-party revenue from the data that is gathered for any Prefect program. We do not share data from any viewer with any other parties, without the viewer's prior consent.

Polls & Contests
Prefect Inc® provides entertaining contests and opportunities for viewer feedback and participation. Any information collected from a Prefect contest or survey is confidential, and will not be misused, sold or given to an outside party.

Data Collection & Analysis
Prefect Inc®  regularly analyzes data obtained in order to improve our service to clients and viewers. This data is confidential information.

Case Studies & Testimonials
Prefect Inc® will not use any information in case studies or advertising for the company, without first obtaining the consent of the client and/or viewer.
