Pre-Viewer Agreement

Pre-Viewer Agreement Working with Prefect® Inc. is fun and professional! Our clients rely on us to handle their requests in a thorough, timely and professional manner. We take care to always conduct ourselves professionally, and ask the same of our Pre-Viewers.

The following agreement is in place to ensure that you, the Pre-Viewer, have a clear understanding of what is expected. Our clients are shown this same agreement as reassurance that their business is in the right hands. Please read it carefully. When completing your online profile, you will be required to agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Viewer has reviewed the prefect.pro website and understands how the online market research process works.
2. Pre-Viewer agrees to complete all assignments within the specified timeline.
3. Pre-Viewer agrees to complete all assignments himself/herself, unless otherwise specified within the instructions.
4. Pre-Viewer agrees to update his/her profile each month.
5. Pre-Viewer agrees to follow the instructions provided for the assignment.
6. Pre-Viewer agrees to answer truthfully all questions asked within the program.
7. Pre-Viewer is not connected to the film and television industry through self, family or friends.
8. Pre-Viewer agrees to keep all items that have been viewed for testing purposes confidential. Our clients would like the opportunity to invite you to upcoming productions that fall within your specified genres of interest (e.g. upcoming thrillers).
9. Pre-Viewer agrees to receive invitations to upcoming shows.
10. Pre-Viewer agrees to reply to any invitation requesting confirmation. Important: Please don’t quit your day job! While this is a great way to supplement your income, it is not guaranteed work. The number of assignments you receive is solely based on client program frequency and target audience requirements. You may receive one assignment/month or one/day.
11. Pre-Viewer understands that this is not guaranteed work, and that the number of assignments is based on client requirements.
12. Pre-Viewer understands that he/she is an independent contractor, and is not employed by Prefect.
13. Pre-Viewer acknowledges, understands and accepts all of the terms stated within the Pre-Viewer Agreement.
